\nIch bin 1994 geboren und in Liechtenstein aufgewachsen. Nach der Matura studierte ich Psychologie an der Universit\u00e4t Bern. Seit 2018 arbeite ich bei der Psychiatrie St. Gallen (fr\u00fcher: St. Gallische Psychiatrie-Dienste). Von 2018 bis 2020 arbeitete ich in der allgemeinpsychiatrischen Tagesklinik in Tr\u00fcbbach, von 2020 bis 2021 im Ambulatorium in Heerbrugg und seit 2021 wieder in der allgemeinpsychiatrischen Tagesklinik in Sargans (fr\u00fcher Tr\u00fcbbach) sowie im Ambulatorium.<\/p>\n

Berufsbegleitend bildete ich mich zur eidgen\u00f6ssisch anerkannten Psychotherapeutin weiter. Die Psychotherapieweiterbildung absolvierte ich an der Akademie f\u00fcr Verhaltenstherapie und Methodenintegration (AIM). Die Weiterbildung umfasst in erster Linie kognitiv-verhaltenstherapeutische Inhalte, die um weitere evidenzbasierte und wissenschaftlich fundierte Konzepte und Vorgehensweisen anderer Psychotherapierichtungen erg\u00e4nzt wurden. Parallel dazu bildete ich mich in der psychodynamischen und emotionsfokussierten Methode ISTDP (intensive psychodynamische Kurzzeittherapie) weiter.<\/p>\n

In meiner Freizeit begebe ich mich gerne in die Natur, geniesse die Zeit mit meinen Tieren und bin gerne kreativ\/handwerklich t\u00e4tig.<\/p>\n
